If you are looking to surface the elite athlete in you while avoiding injuries, at REVIVE, we use a periodisation model to enhance your performance, across strength, power, speed and agility, coupled with a nutrition consult and personalized recovery plan for a optimal effectiveness
Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy
If you are looking to get back on track and avoid the likelihood of injuring yourself again, at REVIVE we use a combination of mobility and movement drills, strength and stability exercises, soft tissue work and proprioception training to get you back on track.
